External Relations

The External Relations Department aims to promote and develop Singapore’s Chinese music among overseas Chinese music communities.

It also seeks to promote an international musical culture locally, through the organisation of cultural exchange programmes, festivals and competitions with our overseas counterparts to create global learning and performance opportunities within Singapore.
